Deadlines 
 
Mail checks by: Saturday 11/1/25 (tickets can be printed off website or a note can be attached to have tickets filled out for you)
 
Order online by: Sunday 11/10/25. Raffle Tickets sold online will be created, delivered to convention, and placed in the drawing bucket by Rheana Zaretsky, HLRSC Secretary.
 
Tickets will be available at the HLRSC booth  right up until drawing time right after live auction Tuesday 11/18/25.
 
Trio will NOT be released until checkout on 11/19/25.
